Located in Phan Thiet downtown by the Ca Ty riverbank, the structure compounds historical and cultural buildings, including: Duc Thanh school remains, where Nguyen Tat Thanh (President Ho Chi Minh) have taught from september 1910 till February 1911; the Ho Chi Minh museum and the statue of the Person.
